For Teachers

A Meaningful Way to Use Your Skills

ECI Teachers offers qualified early childhood teachers the opportunity to support children within kindy, early school years, childcare, early learning centers and playgroup environments. Instead of classroom pressures, you will work one-on-one with children, helping them practise the skills outlined in their existing plans and build confidence in everyday routines.

What the Role Looks Like

As an ECI Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to use your teaching expertise to support children where they learn best.

  • Work in real learning environments with children aged under nine
  • Deliver one-hour support sessions, two to three times each week
  • Help children with social participation, communication, transitions and early learning skills
  • Embed strategies created by Key Workers and allied health professionals
  • Collaborate with educators and keep families updated
  • Use our Support Provider Software to record notes and manage your schedule

Your focus is on high-quality support. We manage invoicing, administration, compliance, training and professional oversight.
